Daisy Tate is a seasoned capital improvement and communications executive with more than 10 years equaling a success rate of over 738 million dollars. Her experiences are in corporate communications, investment relations and the financial management of domestic and international funding, as well as budgeting and financial sustainability. Her areas of expertise include: investment advising, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, budgeting, SEC reporting, corporate governance, advertising, proposal righting, client and investors management, branding and merchandising development. Ms Tate started her career as an administrator of new business development and later advanced to a senior budget analyst for the City of St Louis, where she designed and implemented automated personal service expenditure projections, issued licenses and negotiated contractual agreements with vendors and subcontractors. During her experiences with the city, Tate also served as budget officer, and acting administrative officer. Her responsibilities included developing and executing an annual operating budget of $42 million; preparing the annual budgets for the city; and supervising accounting, budget, personnel, training, procurement, labor relations, and support services.
